August Meditation Intensive
These popular intensives are designed for participants to engage in very deep practice for one full day.
Throughout the day students gather in small groups and large groups where they meditate together, have instruction in meditation, and have the opportunity to ask questions both in large & small group settings. Silence is often a part of the intensives. Each day includes approximately 8 hours of practice, but seated meditation is sometimes alternated with walking meditation, two meals are included, and discussion, hatha yoga, kirtan, and other chanting provide variety throughout the day.
