My Private Studio in 2004

I had my first tiny private studio beginning in 2004, and began to do teacher trainings shortly thereafter. I then moved to a commercial space at the Art Park for 13 years. I have so much gratitude for my teachers and my students!

Teaching all levels of students from beginners to training yoga and meditation teachers is what I love to do best! No one does yoga like you do! You are completely unique. I am dedicated to helping you find the joy of your own Yoga. I strive to create a supportive and challenging classroom atmosphere to encourage students to learn and grow at his/her own pace. I use props and am qualified to help you with modifications to poses.
